碩士班的實習重點有三:一是職業探索,二是對機構有貢獻,三是學習扮演「督導」的角色,因為拿到碩士後,有很大的機會作督導。附帶的目標是「進行嘗試性的研究」,有助於碩士論文。
建議還沒有就業的實習生可以運用研究法所學對機構的某個檔案進一步整理,也可以做一個小型研究以幫助論文的發展。對於在職生,最好能對機構內的某一方案深入研究。
希望碩士生利用被我督導的機會學習做督導,能夠以寬廣視野看待機構裡的問題,對組織層面的也能加以思考。
研究生如果來實習,首先要找到願意又具有資格的督導,其次是實習生有興趣的方案是協會正在執行的。There are three practical points in the judiciary class: one is professional exploration, the second is to have a contribution to the organization, and the third is to learn to play the role of "supervisor", because after getting the judiciary, there is a great opportunity to be supervisor. The goal of the appendix is to "conduct trial research" and help scholars.
It is recommended that students who have not yet started a career can use research methods to further organize a file of an organization, or do a small research to help the development of the paper. For students, it is best to conduct in-depth research on a certain plan within the organization.
I hope that the cadet students can use the opportunity I supervised to learn as supervisors, and can view the problems in the organization from a broad perspective, and also think about the organizational level.
If graduate students come to practice, they must first find willing and qualified supervisors, and secondly, the plan that students are interested in is being implemented.
