本課程探討了當今社會中企業與公司行為的核心問題，包括企業在社會中的地位、公司責任的性質、公司的行為規範，以及在經濟全球化的世界中，公司與企業的複雜的地位和角色，並全面論述企業各種類型的決策對企業內部及外部相關利益團體的影響。內容涵蓋非營利組織管理 Nonprofit Management、企業與政府 Business and Government、企業與法律 Business and Law Legal Studies、企業與公共政策 Business and Public Policy、公共管理 Public Management以及服務業管理 Service Industry Management，以及透過本課程，讓企業管理者在追求利潤之外，能將世界社會公民觀點融入經營管理策略中。
This course explores the core issues of corporate and corporate behavior in today's society, including the status of the company in society, the nature of corporate responsibility, the company's behavioral rules, and the complex status and role of the company and corporate in the economic globalization world, and comprehensively discusses the impact of various types of corporate decisions on relevant interest groups within and outside the company. The content covers Nonprofit Management, Business and Government, Business and Law Legal Studies, Business and Public Policy, Public Management, and Service Industry Management, and through this course, business managers can integrate world social citizenship into business management strategies in addition to pursuing profit.
