課程介紹：(暫定版本)
在不知不覺之間，我們每天所食用的食物早已經是農業工業化、全球化（可能還要再加上「化學化」）下的產品，試問：你／妳 真的想過所吃的食物從哪裡來？

你今天要吃什麼？你吃的食物從哪裡來？它如何到達你的餐桌？誰替你準備這些食物？

如果你對這些問題感興趣，或已經在思考這些課題，那這門課或許可以提供部分答案。你會發現，我們對糧食的生產、運輸、準備及消費其實所知甚少，而環繞著這些活動的種種社會關係，正是這門課所要討論的主題。

Course Introduction: (tentative version)
Before we know it, the food we eat every day has already been the product of agricultural industrialization and globalization (maybe coupled with "chemistry"). Let me ask: Have you really thought about where the food you eat comes from?

What are you going to eat today? Where does the food you eat come from? How does it get to your table? Who prepares this food for you?

If you are interested in these questions, or have already been thinking about these topics, this course may provide some answers. You will find that we actually know very little about the production, transportation, preparation and consumption of food, and the various social relationships surrounding these activities are the subject of this course.
