隨著金融商品的多樣化，以及國際金融市場瞬息萬變，個人投資者莫不思考如何透過投資以增加財富，因投資者風險偏好的差異，採取高風險的投機策略，尋求降低風險的避險策略或追求無風險的套利策略; 另一方面，因應國際市場的變化以及日益競爭激烈的經營環境中，台灣企業如何透過正確的投資策略以提高企業價值也是一個重要課題，消極面至少做到避險策略，積極面為尋找套利機會。 因此，本課程目標為從個人投資與企業投資兩方面，探討投機、避險與套利策略，以增加個人財富與提高企業獲利。為確實掌握投機、避險與套利這三種投資策略，必須對於主要金融市場與工具，有深入了解，因此本課程也探討投資策略在股票,債券,期貨,選擇權與外匯等市場的應用。

With the diversification of financial products and the rapid changes in the international financial market, individual investors are thinking about how to increase wealth through investment. Due to differences in investor risk preferences, they adopt high-risk speculative strategies, seek risk-reducing hedging strategies, or pursue risk-free arbitrage strategies. On the other hand, in response to changes in the international market and an increasingly competitive business environment, how Taiwanese companies can increase corporate value through correct investment strategies is also an important topic. On the negative side, at least implement hedging strategies, and on the positive side, look for arbitrage opportunities. Therefore, the goal of this course is to explore speculation, risk hedging and arbitrage strategies from both personal investment and corporate investment, so as to increase personal wealth and improve corporate profits. In order to truly master the three investment strategies of speculation, hedging and arbitrage, one must have an in-depth understanding of major financial markets and instruments. Therefore, this course also explores the application of investment strategies in stocks, bonds, futures, options and foreign exchange markets.
