教育目標 Course Target

本課程在研討科技管理之<產業科技創新議題>及<個別企業導入應用>之策略規劃,透過個案研討及企業案例的導入,探討<內部創新程序>與<外部技術取得>之規劃實施及評估控制,提供企業管理者應用科技管理之有效學習。科技管理是結合各領域知識去規劃、發展、應用、評估和控制企業之技術能力,應用對象涵括製造業及服務業,以達成組織所追求的策略性及操作性目標。主要研討議題如下:
 如果經濟是在一有效率及效果的環境下發展,企業必須善用每ㄧ新科技的機會,因為科技變遷快速的特點,需要一跨領域的方法。
 因為快速的科技變遷以及消費者需求的越趨多元,已經大大縮短產品的生命週期。如此一來,企業欲獲取利益需要有更前瞻性的科技管理方式。
 產品的研發時程縮短以及建立有彈性的組織運作模式越顯重要。從概念到產品生產進入市場的時間因為新科技、替代性科技的出現而大大縮短。
 國際競爭日趨激烈,因此企業必須有效地應用新科技來增加其競爭力,無論是在產品端、製程端、管理端或是服務端。
 當科技改變時,管理工具的對應也必須改變,然而在決定適用哪些新工具時,必須在採用科技的初期。

This course studies the strategic planning of "Industrial Technology Innovation Issues" and "Introduction and Application of Individual Enterprises" in technology management. Through case studies and the introduction of corporate cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of "Internal Innovation Procedures" and "External Technology Acquisition", providing effective learning for business managers in the application of technology management. Technology management combines knowledge from various fields to plan, develop, apply, evaluate and control an enterprise's technological capabilities. Its application targets include manufacturing and service industries to achieve the strategic and operational goals pursued by the organization. The main discussion topics are as follows:
 If the economy is to develop in an efficient and effective environment, companies must make good use of every new technological opportunity, because the rapid change of technology requires a cross-disciplinary approach.
 Because of rapid technological changes and increasingly diverse consumer demands, product life cycles have been greatly shortened. As a result, companies need to adopt more forward-looking technology management methods in order to obtain benefits.
 It is increasingly important to shorten product development time and establish a flexible organizational operating model. The time from concept to product production and entry into the market has been greatly shortened by the emergence of new and alternative technologies.
 International competition is becoming increasingly fierce, so companies must effectively apply new technologies to increase their competitiveness, whether on the product side, process side, management side or service side.
 When technology changes, the correspondence of management tools must also change, however the decision on which new tools to apply must be made at the early stages of technology adoption.
