本課程以個案教學為主,課堂中將發放10個國內本土企業之個案,並搭配參考教材的講授。
(可能討論的個案包含85度C、王品、春水堂、薰衣草森林、勝華、拓凱、喬山、聚陽、廣運機械等)
參考教材以于卓民、李吉仁編著之策略管理精論(2012)為主,並搭配一些較具前瞻性的管理論文或文獻。
This course focuses on teaching a case. 10 cases of domestic and local enterprises will be distributed in the classroom, and will be taught with reference to the textbooks.
(The case that may be discussed includes 85 degrees C, Wangpin, Chunshuitang, Lavender Forest, Shenghua, Tuokai, Joshan, Juyang, Guanghua Machinery, etc.)
The reference textbooks are mainly based on the Strategic Management Essay (2012) written by Yu Zhuomin and Li Jiren, and are accompanied by some forward-looking management articles or articles.
