The course is intended for graduate students who is major in Accounting and wish to learn and
analyze the concepts and theories of modern financial management. The course combines two parts:
fundamental financial concepts and some contemporary financial concepts. The former part helps nonfinance major students to build up a framework of corporate financial decision.
