本課程著重在學術寫作的基本架構、連貫性與邏輯性。
旨在使學生能夠 1) 熟悉學術寫作特性與論文基本架構、2) 增進中文語法知識，加強學術中文寫作能力，與3) 增進分析議論寫作能力。This course focuses on the basic structure, connection and logic of academic writing.
It aims to enable students to 1) be familiar with the characteristics of academic writing and the basic structure of the essay, 2) improve Chinese grammar knowledge, strengthen academic Chinese writing skills, and 3) improve analysis and discussion writing skills.
讓研究生瞭解如何進行工程類與管理類研究方法，以及如何將研究過程和成果撰寫成學術論文。主要讓修習本課程的碩士班同學，學習
1. 學術研究（工程類與管理類）的方法，
2. 熟悉論文格式與寫作技巧。
此外，也讓學生學習不同的研究工具，同時訓練研究所碩士班同學的寫作能力。
