一、培養學生的英文閱讀(視讀理解與口讀發音)習慣與能力。
二、培養學生進行文學研究與論文寫作在方法學上的能力。
三、培養學生對國際漢學的認識。
四、培養學生在所感興趣研究領域中搜尋、閱讀相關漢學文獻的能力。
五、培養學生在漢學會議中所需的基本英文聽力與口頭報告的能力。
由於此課程為中文研究所碩士班唯一必修課程,因此授課內容由三部分所組成,第一部份為介紹西方學術界文學領域的研究方法與研究資源,使學生開始習慣閱讀及口讀英文資料。第二部分為國際漢學文獻摘要及論文的研讀。第三部份為基本聽力與口頭報告的的訓練。本課程所研讀資料皆為以英文所撰寫。每週上課資料每位同學皆須事先閱讀,在課堂上隨機分段負責口讀與翻譯,期藉此養成學生閱讀英文文獻的習慣與能力。第一學期已完成研究方法與論文撰寫的分項介紹,並開始研讀學術論文英文摘要。第二學期將繼續研讀以英文所撰寫的摘要及漢學領域學術論文,同時訓練同學在漢學會議中基本英文聽力與口頭報告的能力。1. Since this course is the only compulsory course for the Chinese Institute of Education, the teaching content is composed of three parts. The first part is to introduce research methods and research resources in the literature field of the Western academic community, so that students can start to read and read English materials orally. The second part is the study of the summary of international Chinese literature and thesis. The third part is the training of basic listening and oral reporting. All the materials studied in this course are written in English. Every student must read the course materials in advance every week and be responsible for oral reading and translation in various segments in the class, so as to develop students' habits and abilities to read English. In the first period, the introduction of research methods and discussion writing has been completed, and the study of the English abstract of academic theory has begun. During the second period, we will continue to study the abstracts written in English and the Han area academic papers, and also train the ability of students to basic English listening and oral reporting in Han academic conferences.
