課程目標如下:
一、成功的個體:學生自我認同探索
1.促進學生發展其自我認同，學習面對自己過去、現在及未來之主動積極性
2.藉由自我探索，學習認識自己，認識自己的天賦，鼓勵學生學習勾勒未來專業發展之
願景與圖像
3.引導學生發展有利於自我生活效能發展的好習慣

二、成功的人際關係:建立正向人際關係相關知能與技能
4.幫助學生學習建立正向人際關係的關鍵對話，發展有效的溝通技能
5.引導學生認識自己在團體人際所扮演的角色，並探索對自己與對他人的意義
6.學習與他人合作，培養自己成為當賣的個體，幫助團體成為當賣的團隊

三、成功的學習:反思、批判思考及學習如何改變等相關後設認知
7.幫助學生學習如何反思
8.增進學生學習如何學習與改變的知能與技能
9.藉由引導反思與共學，促進學生沈澱並彤塑其r何謂成功J之價值觀
