教育目標 Course Target
課程目標如下:
一、成功的個體:學生自我認同探索
1.促進學生發展其自我認同,學習面對自己過去、現在及未來之主動積極性
2.藉由自我探索,學習認識自己,認識自己的天賦,鼓勵學生學習勾勒未來專業發展之
願景與圖像
3.引導學生發展有利於自我生活效能發展的好習慣
二、成功的人際關係:建立正向人際關係相關知能與技能
4.幫助學生學習建立正向人際關係的關鍵對話,發展有效的溝通技能
5.引導學生認識自己在團體人際所扮演的角色,並探索對自己與對他人的意義
6.學習與他人合作,培養自己成為當賣的個體,幫助團體成為當賣的團隊
三、成功的學習:反思、批判思考及學習如何改變等相關後設認知
7.幫助學生學習如何反思
8.增進學生學習如何學習與改變的知能與技能
9.藉由引導反思與共學,促進學生沈澱並彤塑其r何謂成功J之價值觀
The course objectives are as follows:
1. Successful Individuals: Exploration of Students’ Self-Identity
1. Promote students to develop their own self-identity and learn to take initiative in facing their past, present and future.
2. Through self-exploration, learn to know yourself and your talents, and encourage students to learn and outline future professional development.
Vision and Image
3. Guide students to develop good habits that are conducive to the development of self-efficacy in life.
2. Successful interpersonal relationships: knowledge and skills related to establishing positive interpersonal relationships
4. Help students learn key conversations to establish positive interpersonal relationships and develop effective communication skills
5. Guide students to understand their role in group relationships and explore the meaning to themselves and others.
6. Learn to cooperate with others, cultivate yourself to become an individual pawn, and help the group become a pawn team
3. Successful learning: reflection, critical thinking and learning how to change and other related meta-cognitions
7. Help students learn how to reflect
8. Improve students’ knowledge and skills in learning and changing
9. By guiding reflection and shared learning, students are encouraged to accumulate and shape their values of “What is success?”
