教育目標 Course Target

本課程每兩週上一次課,每次2小時,如此學習效果較佳。 1.新制『大學引導』課程將搭配住宿學習,加強教務和學務系統的創新連結,建立模式,引動大學學習生態系統的創新。 2.大學引導課程將以關係建立為重,慢慢引導新鮮人步上大學自主學習的價值。課程中將融入有經驗、有意願的導師助手,作為導師與新鮮人之間的橋樑或媒介,而且導師、導師助手、新鮮人將共學「創新」學習生態。 3.導師、導師助手與新鮮人的關係為:新鮮人選修大學引導;大學引導老師做為導師,引導新鮮人學習融入大學生活;導師助手則做為新鮮人與導師之間的橋樑。每位導師助手以引導四位新鮮人為原則,導師助手引導新鮮人藉由參與活動與演講融入大學生活,並每週向導師回報新鮮人學習狀況,導師助手必須引導新鮮人參與校內外活動或演講,未參與活動與演講時需進行學習關懷;導師根據導師助手的回報,適時介入引導;導師助手也可以邀請導師共同參與新鮮人所參與的演講與活動,導師則根據自己的時間自由調整。This course lasts once every two weeks, 2 hours each time, so the learning effect is better. 1. The new "University Guide" course will be matched with accommodation learning, strengthen the innovative links of teaching and learning systems, establish a model, and lead to innovation in the university learning ecological system. 2. The university guidance course will focus on establishing relationships and slowly guide the value of new people to go to university independent learning. Experienced and intentional coaching assistants will be incorporated into the course as bridges or media between coaches and freshmen, and coaches, coaches assistants, and freshmen will learn "innovation" and learn ecologies together. 3. The relationship between the teacher, the teacher assistant and the newcomer is: the newcomer chooses to guide the university; the university guide teacher is the teacher, and the newcomer learning is integrated into university life; the teacher assistant is the bridge between the newcomer and the teacher. Each guide assistant guide assistant guides four newcomers as the principle. The guide assistant guides the newcomers integrate into university life through participation in activities and lectures, and reports to the instructors every week about the newcomer learning situation. The guide assistant must guide the newcomers to participate in activities or lectures inside and outside the school. , learning attention is required when not participating in activities and lectures; the supervisor will intervene in guidance at any time according to the report of the supervisor assistant; the supervisor assistant can also invite the supervisor to participate in the lectures and activities that the newcomer will participate in, and the supervisor will adjust freely according to his own time.
