教育目標 Course Target
本課程每兩週上一次課,每次2小時,如此學習效果較佳。
1.新制『大學引導』課程將搭配住宿學習,加強教務和學務系統的創新連結,建立模式,引動大學學習生態系統的創新。
2.大學引導課程將以關係建立為重,慢慢引導新鮮人步上大學自主學習的價值。課程中將融入有經驗、有意願的導師助手,作為導師與新鮮人之間的橋樑或媒介,而且導師、導師助手、新鮮人將共學「創新」學習生態。
3.導師、導師助手與新鮮人的關係為:新鮮人選修大學引導;大學引導老師做為導師,引導新鮮人學習融入大學生活;導師助手則做為新鮮人與導師之間的橋樑。每位導師助手以引導四位新鮮人為原則,導師助手引導新鮮人藉由參與活動與演講融入大學生活,並每週向導師回報新鮮人學習狀況,導師助手必須引導新鮮人參與校內外活動或演講,未參與活動與演講時需進行學習關懷;導師根據導師助手的回報,適時介入引導;導師助手也可以邀請導師共同參與新鮮人所參與的演講與活動,導師則根據自己的時間自由調整。
This course is held every two weeks for 2 hours each time, so the learning effect is better.
1. The new "University Guidance" course will be paired with residential learning to strengthen the innovative connection between academic affairs and academic affairs systems, establish a model, and stimulate innovation in the university learning ecosystem.
2. The university guidance course will focus on relationship building and slowly guide fresh students to the value of independent learning in university. Experienced and willing tutor assistants will be integrated into the course to serve as a bridge or medium between tutors and freshers, and tutors, tutor assistants, and freshers will learn about the "innovative" learning ecosystem together.
3. The relationship between tutors, tutor assistants and freshmen is as follows: freshmen are guided by university selection; university guidance teachers serve as tutors to guide freshmen to learn and integrate into university life; tutor assistants serve as a bridge between freshmen and tutors. Each tutor assistant is guided by the principle of guiding four freshmen. The tutor assistant guides the freshmen to integrate into university life by participating in activities and speeches, and reports the freshmen's learning status to the tutor every week. The tutor assistant must guide the freshmen to participate in activities or speeches on and off campus, and needs to provide learning care when they are not participating in activities and speeches. The tutor will intervene in a timely manner based on the feedback from the tutor assistant. The tutor assistant can also invite tutors to participate in the speeches and activities that the freshmen participate in, and the tutor can freely adjust according to his own time.
