真正想要了解有機農業的生產或有意進入有機業產品生產的學習者或消費者,更為確知什麼是安全農業及有機農業。並且,希望達到從書桌到餐桌的教學理念,讓學生能夠將課堂中吸收之有機農業概念在田間教室中有實際的體驗與收穫。
本課程以農學之進階專業知識與操作生產能力為主,透過實作培育學生、良好溝通及團隊合作之能力、持續學習及問題解決之能力,及體認精緻農業之社會責任。Learners or consumers who really want to understand the production of organic farms or intend to enter the production of organic products, and even know what is safe farming and organic farming. Moreover, we hope to achieve the teaching concept from the desk to the dining table so that students can experience and harvest the organic farming concepts absorbed in the classroom in the field classroom.
This course focuses on advanced professional knowledge and operational production capabilities in agriculture. Through practical practice, students are cultivated, good communication and teamwork capabilities, continuous learning and problem solving capabilities, and social responsibilities of precise agriculture.
