本課程以農學之進階專業知識與操作生產能力為主，透過實作培育學生、良好溝通及團隊合作之能力、持續學習及問題解決之能力，及體認精緻農業之社會責任。Learners or consumers who really want to understand the production of organic farms or intend to enter the production of organic products, and even know what is safe farming and organic farming. Moreover, we hope to achieve the teaching concept from the desk to the dining table so that students can experience and harvest the organic farming concepts absorbed in the classroom in the field classroom.
