心理學是一門研究人類心智的科學，主要的範疇包括知覺、認知、情緒、行為以及文化等層面，範圍廣大。本課程提供學生對於人類心智活動的基本概念性知識，了解人類思考及行為的不同層面；進而增進自我認識，促進自我成長，提昇人文素養。本課程實際授課為１６周，另有兩周為期中考試及期末考試。課程內容涵蓋生理心理學、知覺心理學、認知行為科學、人格心理學、變態心理學、健康心理學以及文化心理學等範疇之基礎入門知識。

Psychology is a science that studies the human mind. Its main areas include perception, cognition, emotion, behavior, culture, etc., with a wide range. This course provides students with basic conceptual knowledge of human mental activities and understanding of different aspects of human thinking and behavior; thereby enhancing self-understanding, promoting self-growth, and improving humanistic qualities. The actual teaching of this course lasts for 16 weeks, and there are two weeks of mid-term and final exams. The course content covers basic introductory knowledge in physiological psychology, perceptual psychology, cognitive behavioral science, personality psychology, abnormal psychology, health psychology and cultural psychology.
