Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation

教育目標 Course Target

The objectives of this course are to provide an overview of concepts and tools for managing technology businesses, to promote more effective innovation management, and to increase the awareness of issues of technological innovation for students. This course emphasizes the understanding and application of ways of thinking or models that help in the analysis, development and implementation of strategies for managing technology. The course includes several learning activities, i.e., reading, thinking, and preparing for class discussion and assignments.
