In Introduction to Corporate Governance course, students will gain an understanding of how companies make decisions, in other words, corporate governance and some of the various issues surrounding it. The course focuses mostly on the governance of corporations in developed capitalist economies. Particular attention will be given to agency problems between stakeholders, and possible solutions, and how these problems impact society.
