本課程包含智慧財產權法體系下的兩部法律，一為著作權法，另一為營業秘密法，前者與企業營運以及個人的日常生活均有關聯，後者則與企業營運較有關聯，是目前注重智慧財產權環境下修習法律者應該要知悉其基本概念的學科。授內容除了相關法學理論外，更包含實務上的爭訟問題。講述時會配合Power Point及相關短片。在講授時間的安排上，著作權法約占總授課時間的三分之二。
This course includes two laws under the Intelligent Property Rights Law, one is the Copyright Law and the other is the Secret Business Law. The former is related to corporate operations and personal daily life, and the latter is more related to corporate operations. It is a subject that currently focuses on legal practices under the smart property rights environment that should be aware of its basic concepts. In addition to relevant legal theory, the contents also include practical disputes. During the lecture, we will cooperate with Power Point and related short videos. In terms of teaching and teaching time arrangement, the copyright law accounts for about two-thirds of the total teaching time.
