1、從介紹電腦作業系統的分類與特色，輔以實際操作加深文件資料管理的熟練度。

2、透過網路概要、網際網路服務的介紹，從中訓練同學學習蒐集網際網路資訊的應用。

3、透過實際範例引導學習Word文書處理、Excel試算表、PowerPoint簡報製作，有助於實務應用的效率。

4、加強同學利用影像處理、海報排版、基地分析等工具製作生動活潑的多媒體簡報。
