個案管理可以說是一個較新的社會工作服務概念，過去十多年來已受到國內實務界的重視。本課程將嘗試以基礎的角度探討與個案管理此一社會工作實務模式相關的各項概念，包括其定義、發展過程、個案管理的實踐和執行方式等。此外，亦將結合學生所學過之社會工作直接、間接服務方法，包括：個案工作、團體工作、社區工作、行政管理、研究方法、社會政策與立法、社會工作實習(2)、(3)等課程，形成一整合性之社會工作實務模式。學生能夠藉由修課、閱讀相關文獻資料、作業演練等過程，學習與社會工作個案管理相關之知識和技能。本課為社會工作學系四年級之選修課程之一。

Case management can be said to be a relatively new social work service concept, which has attracted the attention of the domestic practice community in the past ten years. This course will try to explore various concepts related to case management as a social work practice model from a basic perspective, including its definition, development process, case management practice and execution methods, etc. In addition, it will also combine the direct and indirect service methods of social work that students have learned, including: case work, group work, community work, administrative management, research methods, social policy and legislation, social work internship (2), (3) and other courses to form an integrated social work practice model. Students can learn knowledge and skills related to social work case management through courses, reading relevant literature, and homework exercises. This course is one of the elective courses for fourth-year students in the Department of Social Work.
