1.概念與理論:認識障礙概念的社會建構,探討障礙者在社會環境中如何被定位以及社會障礙如何形成,進而學習與探討從事身心障礙服務的基本知能與理論基礎。
2.政策與實務:理解政策與實務上的操作化;從醫療與健康照護、就業、福利、社區居住與照顧等實務面向探討障礙者的需求與政府及民間的福利系統,培養障礙服務領域的專業能力。
3.體驗與服務:設計體驗學習與專題報告,並結合實務參訪與服務,開啟學生在障礙服務領域上的實務接觸與主動學習,瞭解障礙實務領域的運作。
4.反思與回觀:學生透過相關影片的導讀與觀賞,反思看待障礙者的視框,檢視自身的價值信念以及對於相關理論觀點的批判,作為投身障礙社會工作領域的前置準備。
這是一門介紹及探討身心障礙者社會工作的基礎課程。本課程將從障礙歷史與文化、障礙的概念、理論及ICF新制,探討障礙概念在社會建構下的多層次意涵。本課程亦簡要介紹不同障別特性,並從障礙者教育、就業、福利、社區照顧等相關政策法規、社會工作者服務輸送等面向進行講述與討論。對於將從事身心障礙福利機構實習與未來有志從事身心障礙者服務的學生,是重要的入門引導。本課程除了課堂講授,也結合影片討論、體驗學習、學生專題討論與報告等,以銜接實務運作,強化學習效果。1. This is a basic course that introduces and explores the social work of people with physical and mental disabilities. This course will gradually guide students to think about the multi-level meaning of "obstruction" under the social construction from the historical culture of obstacles, concepts, theory and exploration of the new ICF system.
