教育目標 Course Target
※課程概述 (Course Description)
一、知識與理論:藉由認識現行青少年福利政策及青少年發展(生理、心理、社會)階段、及相關社會工作理論引導學生認識兒童與青少年社會工作的內涵,以為日後進行青少年社會工作服務奠立基礎。
二、實務議題認識:藉由影片賞析、課外閱讀及實務工作者之分享,認識各種不同青少年社會議題,協助學生了解青少年社會工作服務現況,以及提升學生日後進入職場後得以發展適性處遇策略以有效協助青少年有更佳之社會適應。

此課程目的協助學生認識當代青少年的問題,如中輟、犯罪、藥物濫用、網路相關議題(性侵害、援交、成癮)、自殘(傷)行為、情緒障礙等等之定義與影響因素,並從法規、家庭、學校、社區、社會等系統觀點,加以個人特質綜合評估青少年問題之面向,並輔以社會工作相關理論,進而學習社工處遇及方法、發展服務方案並制定適性的處遇策略,以利學生日後進入職場能有效協助青少年之發展及社會適應,進而協助改善青少年之相關議題
※Course Description
1. Knowledge and theory: By understanding the current youth welfare policies and the stages of youth development (physiological, psychological, social), and related social work theories, students will be guided to understand the connotation of social work for children and youth, so as to lay the foundation for youth social work services in the future.
2. Understanding of practical issues: Through video appreciation, extracurricular reading and sharing by practical workers, we will understand various social issues for young people, help students understand the current situation of social work services for young people, and improve students' ability to develop appropriate treatment strategies after entering the workplace to effectively help young people have better social adaptation.
※Course Contents
The purpose of this course is to help students understand the definitions and influencing factors of contemporary youth problems, such as dropout, crime, drug abuse, Internet-related issues (sexual assault, compensated dating, addiction), self-injury (injury) behavior, emotional disorders, etc., and to provide individual insights from systemic perspectives such as laws, families, schools, communities, and society. Comprehensive assessment of human characteristics aspects of adolescent problems, supplemented by social work-related theories, and then learning social work treatment and methods, developing service plans and formulating appropriate treatment strategies, so that students can effectively assist the development and social adaptation of adolescents when they enter the workplace, and then help improve adolescent-related issues.

此課程目的協助學生認識當代青少年的問題,如中輟、犯罪、藥物濫用、網路相關議題(性侵害、性剝削、成癮)、自殺(傷)行為、情緒障礙等等之定義與影響因素,並從法規、家庭、學校、社區、社會等系統觀點,加以個人特質綜合評估青少年問題之面向,並輔以社會工作相關理論、了解現行社會安全網之政策以及創傷知情青少年輔導概念之認識,進而學習評估、處遇及方法、發展服務方案並制定適性的處遇策略,以利學生日後進入職場能有效協助青少年之發展及社會適應,進而協助改善青少年之相關議題。
The purpose of this course is to help students understand the definitions and influencing factors of contemporary youth problems, such as dropout, crime, drug abuse, Internet-related issues (sexual assault, sexual exploitation, addiction), suicidal (injury) behavior, emotional disorders, etc., and to comprehensively assess youth problems from the perspective of laws, families, schools, communities, society, etc. , supplemented by social work-related theories, understanding of current social safety net policies and the concept of trauma-informed youth counseling, and then learning assessment, treatment and methods, developing service plans and formulating appropriate treatment strategies, so that students can effectively assist the development and social adaptation of teenagers when they enter the workplace, and then help improve youth-related issues.
