「社會工作研究方法」這門課主要的教學目的包括:訓練學生在將社會及行為科學研究方法運用到社會工作實務的過程中,能夠具備最基本之瞭解;且促成學生學習從團隊合作關係中,實際進行一項與社會工作實務有關的研究設計提案;並藉由實地蒐集、分析及解釋資料,演練進行社會工作研究的各種過程。
本門課為社會工作學系三年級學生必修課之一,課程中除了介紹學生適用於社會工作實務的各種研究方法外,本課亦強調以團隊合作的方式共同完成課程學習上的要求,同時也將統計方法、個人電腦之應用、和研究方法相互整合,藉此訓練學生具備獨立思考判斷、分析探究事實的能力,進而培育以才能為取向的實務工作者為終極目的。是故,修課學生在本課程中應設定以下的學習目標:
The main teaching objectives of the "Social Work Research Methods" include: trainees can have the most basic understanding in the process of applying social and behavioral scientific research methods to social work practices; and promote students to learn to conduct research design proposals related to social work practices through team cooperation relationships; and to practice various processes of social work research by actually collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
This course is one of the compulsory courses for students in the third-year social work department. In addition to introducing various research methods suitable for students to perform social work, this course also emphasizes the requirements for co-financing of course learning through teamwork. At the same time, it integrates statistical methods, personal computer applications, and research methods, so as to train students to have the ability to independently think, judge, analyze and explore facts, and then cultivate practical workers with talent-oriented orientation for the ultimate goal. Therefore, students in this course should set the following learning goals:
