社會團體工作目標是期待可以設計兼顧理論與實務技巧之一門課程,透過先教導學生學習團體相關概念,以及了解團體內
發生的動力,並透過其親身參與團體經驗,理解課程中對團體概念、團體動力、團體領導,及團體各階段發展歷程變化的課程。且焦點在運用團體動力以協助個人、家庭、團體、及社區發揮有效的功能與解決問題。本課程訓練為期一年,將訓練學生達成如下目標:
1.認識團體不同階段的發展與動力狀態
2.執行小組所設計的團體計畫書與團體評估的方法並討論與修正
3.學會執行並反思原計畫內涵與書本的相關概念與倫理議題
The goal of social group work is to look forward to designing part-time theoretical discussions and practical skills, and to teach students first and understand group concepts.
The motivation that occurs and through his personal participation in group experience, we understand the course of the course that changes in the group concept, group motivation, group leadership, and the course of the group's development process. And the focus is on using group power to help individuals, families, groups, and communities develop effective functions and solve problems. This course is a one-year training period, and trainees will achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the development and dynamic status of different stages of the group
2. Execute the group planning book and group evaluation methods designed by the group and discuss and correct them
3. Learn to implement and reflect on the concepts and ethics of the original concept and the book.
