社會團體工作目標是期待可以設計兼顧理論與實務技巧之一門課程，透過先教導學生學習團體相關概念，以及了解團體內
發生的動力，並透過其親身參與團體經驗，理解課程中對團體概念、團體動力、團體領導，及團體各階段發展歷程變化的課程。且焦點在運用團體動力以協助個人、家庭、團體、及社區發揮有效的功能與解決問題。本課程訓練為期一年，將訓練學生達成如下目標:
1.認識團體不同階段的發展與動力狀態
2.執行小組所設計的團體計畫書與團體評估的方法並討論與修正
3.學會執行並反思原計畫內涵與書本的相關概念與倫理議題

The goal of social group work is to design a course that combines theoretical and practical skills, by first teaching students to learn group-related concepts and understand what is happening within the group.
Through personal participation in group experiences, students can understand the changes in group concepts, group dynamics, group leadership, and group development processes at various stages. The focus is on using group dynamics to help individuals, families, groups, and communities function effectively and solve problems. This course lasts for one year and will train students to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the development and dynamic status of groups at different stages
2. Implement the group plan and group evaluation methods designed by the team and discuss and revise them
3. Learn to implement and reflect on the connotation of the original plan and related concepts and ethical issues in the book
