教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在提升學生新聞媒體素養,了解新聞媒體與當代社會的關係,以及媒體公民的傳播權利。
課程學習目標與內涵包括:
1. 了解新聞意涵,學習思辨新聞,分辨好新聞與壞新聞,提升新聞識讀能力
2. 瞭解新聞自由演進及意涵、新聞媒體「第四權」角色
3. 瞭解市場結構、全球化與新聞產製及媒體社會角色的關係
4. 探討科技發展、新媒體對新聞內涵的影響
5. 瞭解「再現」意涵,探討媒體如何再現弱勢族群,分析媒介真實與社會真實
6. 認識另類媒體意義, 瞭解「媒介接近使用權」, 省思全民書寫、公共媒體與公民新聞的關係,實踐媒體公民的傳播權利.
This course aims to improve students' news media literacy, understand the relationship between news media and contemporary society, and the communication rights of media citizens.
Course learning objectives and connotations include:
1. Understand the meaning of news, learn to think critically about news, distinguish between good news and bad news, and improve news reading skills
2. Understand the evolution and implications of press freedom and the role of the “fourth estate” of the news media
3. Understand the relationship between market structure, globalization, news production system and the social role of the media
4. Discuss the impact of technological development and new media on news connotation
5. Understand the meaning of "representation", explore how the media represents disadvantaged groups, and analyze media reality and social reality
6. Understand the significance of alternative media, understand the "media access rights", reflect on the relationship between national writing, public media and citizen journalism, and practice the communication rights of media citizens.
