本課程旨在提升學生新聞媒體素養,了解新聞媒體與當代社會的關係,以及媒體公民的傳播權利。
課程學習目標與內涵包括:
1. 了解新聞意涵,學習思辨新聞,分辨好新聞與壞新聞,提升新聞識讀能力
2. 瞭解新聞自由演進及意涵、新聞媒體「第四權」角色
3. 瞭解市場結構、全球化與新聞產製及媒體社會角色的關係
4. 探討科技發展、新媒體對新聞內涵的影響
5. 瞭解「再現」意涵,探討媒體如何再現弱勢族群,分析媒介真實與社會真實
6. 認識另類媒體意義, 瞭解「媒介接近使用權」, 省思全民書寫、公共媒體與公民新聞的關係,實踐媒體公民的傳播權利.This course aims to enhance students' news media cultivation, understand the relationship between news media and contemporary society, and the communication rights of media citizens.
Course learning goals and connotations include:
1. Understand the meaning of news, learn to think about news, distinguish between bad news, and improve news knowledge and reading skills
2. Understand the free evolution and implications of news, the "Fourth Rights" role of news media
3. Understand the relationship between market structure, globalization and news production and media social roles
4. Explore the impact of scientific and technological development and new media on the connotation of news
5. Understand the meaning of "resurrection", explore how the media reappears weak groups, and analyzes media realities and social realities
6. Understand the meaning of other media, understand "media close to the right to use", reflect on the relationship between national writing, public media and citizen news, and implement the communication rights of media citizens.
