The course is organized in 2 semesters and designed for the students to understand both the theory and practice of International Organization(IOs). It begins by reviewing the main theoretical perspectives of IOs, and hopefully leads to the different understandings of IOs derived from these theories. The course in this semester would focus primarily on the specific topics, from Trade, Development, Human Rights, and to Environments, although some regional IOs are studied as well. Finally, we would exam state compliance with international organizational directives and what the impacts the international organization activity would be on the sovereign states. The course is organized in 2 semesters and designed for the students to understand both the theory and practice of International Organization(IOs).
