本課程主要內容為將經濟分析方式應用於勞動市場的相關議題以及討論人力資源如何有效分配。課程中首先介紹傳統勞動經濟學中的關於勞動供給及需求的基本模型,討論勞動工資如何決定以及勞動市場可能存有的對性別或族裔的歧視,此外也將討論人力資本模型中個人對教育的選擇以及對整個經濟體系的影響。課程中將透過觀察與人力資本相關的實際資料,進一步瞭解勞動經濟學中相關理論及其政策意涵。據此,此課程的先修要求為經濟學(尤其是個體經濟學)以及統計學。課程將採用多元教學方式進行並需要同學實際參與課堂活動,因此有時上課前後會有指定任務,且於課堂或網路教室公佈欄上宣佈,請同學留意。The main content of this course is to apply economic analysis methods to the relevant issues of the dynamic market and discuss how to effectively allocate human resources. The course first introduces the basic model of labor supply and demand in traditional dynamic economics, discusses how the labor wage is determined and the possible differences between gender or ethnicity in the labor market. In addition, the personal choice of education in the human capital model and its impact on the entire economic system will be discussed. During the course, we will observe the actual information related to human resources and further understand the relevant theories and policy implications in dynamic economics. Therefore, the prerequisite requirements for this course are economics (especially personal economics) and statistical studies. The course will be conducted in a diverse teaching method and requires students to participate in class activities. Therefore, sometimes there will be designated tasks before and after class, and it will be announced in the classroom or online classroom publication column. Please pay attention.

The main content of this course is to apply economic analysis methods to the relevant issues of the dynamic market and discuss how to effectively allocate human resources. The course first introduces the basic model of labor supply and demand in traditional dynamic economics, discusses how the labor wage is determined and the possible differences between gender or ethnicity in the labor market.
