Organizations and Economics
教育目標 Course Target
市場經濟是透過組織在運作，而主流經濟學卻忽略組織的重要性，本課程將補充這方面的遺漏。課程將以經濟組織為主要探討對象。先說明何以出現廠商。之後探討現今無所不在的「公司」這種組織，研究其影響，並探討幾個成功和失敗公司的案例；繼之為加盟連鎖(也是公司組織)。最後介紹非營利組織和社會企業的概念。
Market economy is operated through organizations, while mainstream economics ignore the importance of organizations. This course will supplement this aspect of the omissions. The course will focus on economic organizations as the main target of exploration. Let me first explain why a manufacturer appears. Then we explore the organization that is now absent from "company", study its impact, and explore several cases of successful and failed companies; it continues to join a franchise lock (also a company organization). Finally, the concepts of non-profit organizations and social enterprises are introduced.
