心理學為商管學生創造附加價值——強化商管學生的People Skills與Business Sense。每年都有許多學生從商管學院畢業投入職場，如何從眾多的競爭者中脫穎而出，是師生們共同關切的課題；除了受過紮實的基本訓練之外，對人性的領悟應當是職場的成功關鍵要素(KSF)，心理學可以為商管學生創造附加價值，而開設在財金系的《管理與商業心理學》特別重視「投資與決策心理學」。理性與感性交織而成的投資決策，為投資者帶來財富消長變化，隨著金融環境及國人理財觀念的變化，民眾可以選擇的理財工具日趨多樣化，不論從事何種形式的理財行為，理財決策過程的心理偏誤、態度與行為影響投資成果。本課程可協助投資人面對決策過程可能出現的盲點，檢討各類型的捷思判斷與心理偏誤。

Psychology creates added value for business students—strengthening their People Skills and Business Sense. Every year, many students graduate from the School of Business and Administration and enter the workplace. How to stand out from the many competitors is a common concern of teachers and students. In addition to solid basic training, understanding of human nature should be a key success factor (KSF) in the workplace. Psychology can create added value for business students, and the "Management and Business Psychology" offered in the Department of Finance pays special attention to "investment and decision-making psychology." Investment decisions that are intertwined with rationality and emotion bring about changes in the growth and decline of wealth for investors. As the financial environment and Chinese people's financial management concepts change, the financial management tools that people can choose are becoming increasingly diversified. No matter what form of financial management behavior they engage in, psychological biases, attitudes and behaviors in the financial management decision-making process affect investment results. This course can help investors face possible blind spots in the decision-making process and review various types of judgments and psychological biases.
