心理學為商管學生創造附加價值——強化商管學生的People Skills與Business Sense。每年都有許多學生從商管學院畢業投入職場,如何從眾多的競爭者中脫穎而出,是師生們共同關切的課題;除了受過紮實的基本訓練之外,對人性的領悟應當是職場的成功關鍵要素(KSF),心理學可以為商管學生創造附加價值,而開設在財金系的《管理與商業心理學》特別重視「投資與決策心理學」。理性與感性交織而成的投資決策,為投資者帶來財富消長變化,隨著金融環境及國人理財觀念的變化,民眾可以選擇的理財工具日趨多樣化,不論從事何種形式的理財行為,理財決策過程的心理偏誤、態度與行為影響投資成果。本課程可協助投資人面對決策過程可能出現的盲點,檢討各類型的捷思判斷與心理偏誤。
Psychology creates additional value for business management students—Enhanced People Skills and Business Sense for business management students. Every year, many students invest in their jobs from the Business Administration College. How to emerge from the many competitors is a common topic among teachers and students; in addition to receiving practical basic training, the understanding of human nature should be the key factor (KSF) of the job. Psychology can create additional value for business administration students, and the "Management and Business Psychology" established in the Finance Department specifically focuses on "Investment and Decision Psychology". Investment decisions formed by the intercourse between rationality and sentiment bring changes in wealth growth to investors. With the changes in financial environment and national financial concepts, the financial tools that people can choose are diverse in variety. Regardless of the form of financial behavior, the psychological bias, attitude and behavior of the financial decision process affect investment results. This course can help investors face the blind spots that may occur during the decision-making process, and examine various types of JSIS judgments and psychological biases.
