教育目標 Course Target

1. 幫助同學認識邏輯的基本架構以及概念、命題和推論之間的關係。 2. 培養同學養成正確的邏輯思維能力與習慣。1. 邏輯基本架構與歷史介紹 2. 邏輯與思維的關係;何謂思維三律。 3. 邏輯與語言的關係;對象語言與後設語言;語意學、語法學與語用學介紹;語言的各種歧義、含混、暗晦與著色。 4. 命題邏輯介紹;AEIO命題的對當關係。 5. 何謂推論;推論類型介紹; 演繹推論的有效性;三段論證簡介;當代符號邏輯簡介;回溯推論法;非形式邏輯基本概念。1. Help students understand the basic structure of logic and the relationship between concepts, topics and suggestions. 2. Cultivate students to develop correct logical thinking skills and habits. 1. Basic logic structure and history introduction 2. The relationship between logic and thinking; what are the three laws of thinking? 3. The relationship between logic and language; object language and post-design language; linguistics, grammar and language introduction; various differences, ambiguity, obscureness and color of language. 4. Introduction to the topic logic; the relationship between the AEIO topic. 5. What is the point of recommendation; introduction to recommendation type; validity of performance recommendation; introduction to three-paragraph proof; introduction to contemporary symbol logic; retrospective method; basic concepts of non-formal logic.

本課程主要討論邏輯推理在法律上的應用。
This course mainly discusses the application of logical reasoning in law.
