國際貿易因買賣雙方分處異國，貨物之交付除另有約定外，通常只賣方在約定期限內將貨物運上運 輸工具，及視為已履行交貨義務，而非指將貨物運抵進口地交給買方。國際貿易最被使用的單證(文件)為船運之海運提單(Marine B/L)，空運之空運提單(Air way bill)，陸運之陸運提單(Way bill)等，然而交付的單證(依據契約規定而有不同)主要是提供給買方證明取得貨物權利所需要的文件。

因此，國際貿易在買賣雙方履約過程將大大增加糾紛或違約事件，如何讓學生經由本課程之教授與實務個案討論中學習到如何預防貿易糾紛之發生或對已發生之貿易糾紛如何因應與解決，為本課程之最主要目標，課程內涵亦是以此目標為主軸所設計，讓學生在討論中學會最實務的解決方案。

In international trade, since the buyer and seller are in different countries, unless otherwise agreed upon, the delivery of goods is usually only when the seller transports the goods onto the means of transportation within the agreed period and is deemed to have fulfilled the delivery obligation. It does not mean that the goods arrive at the place of import and are handed over to the buyer. The most commonly used documents (documents) in international trade are Marine B/L for shipping, Air way bill for air transport, Way bill for land transport, etc. However, the documents delivered (which vary according to the contract provisions) are mainly the documents required to prove the buyer’s rights to obtain the goods.

Therefore, international trade will greatly increase disputes or breach of contract events during the performance of contracts between buyers and sellers. How to allow students to learn how to prevent the occurrence of trade disputes or how to respond to and resolve existing trade disputes through the teaching and practical case discussions of this course is the main goal of this course. The content of the course is also designed with this goal as the main axis, so that students can learn the most practical solutions during the discussion.
