本課程將藉由國際智慧財產權法律規範、智慧財產權的介紹 著作、商標、專利、公平交易法，以及探討智慧財產權保密與授權契約、智慧財產權紛爭解決等議題，使同學能夠瞭解在瞬息萬變的產業競爭環境，了解如何善用智慧財產權，以創造更大的個人與企業價值。
With the intellectual economic era and the trend of globalization, the effective use of smart property rights has become the core competitiveness of high-tech industries.
This course will allow students to understand the ever-changing industry competition environment and understand how to make good use of smart property rights to create greater personal and corporate value by utilizing smart property rights.
