本課程將藉由國際智慧財產權法律規範、智慧財產權的介紹 著作、商標、專利、公平交易法，以及探討智慧財產權保密與授權契約、智慧財產權紛爭解決等議題，使同學能夠瞭解在瞬息萬變的產業競爭環境，了解如何善用智慧財產權，以創造更大的個人與企業價值。

With the era of knowledge economy and the trend of globalization, the effective use of intellectual property rights has become the core competitiveness of high-tech industries.

This course will introduce international intellectual property legal norms, intellectual property rights, works, trademarks, patents, fair trade laws, and discuss issues such as intellectual property confidentiality and licensing contracts, intellectual property dispute resolution, etc., so that students can understand the rapidly changing industrial competitive environment and understand how to make good use of intellectual property rights to create greater personal and corporate value.
