教育目標 Course Target
國內法律體系所稱之「商事法」者主要涵蓋公司法、票據法、海商法、保險法，整體上以保障交易安全為核心。本課程將以公司法、票據法、與保險法，做為課程講授的主軸，使修課同學宏觀掌握現代商事法律行為的基本內容，並在實際的實務運作中，瞭解其主要的爭議問題所在。
What is called "commercial law" in the domestic legal system mainly covers company law, bill law, maritime law, and insurance law. Overall, the core is to ensure the safety of transactions. This course will use company law, bill law, and insurance law as the main focus of the course teaching, so that students can master the basic content of modern commercial legal behavior at a macro level, and understand the main disputed issues in actual practical operations.
