培養學生具備創業家之思考與行動方式，初步擁有機會辨識、創新熱情、典範知識、與創業實踐能力，了解東海大學創新創業的校園文化與創業生態環境，啟發學生之創新與創業精神，透過創新產品與服務發想及創業團隊成員媒合與組成的學習活動引導，促成創新事業的參與與發展

Cultivate students to think and act like entrepreneurs, initially possess opportunity recognition, innovation enthusiasm, model knowledge, and entrepreneurial practical abilities. Understand the campus culture and entrepreneurial ecological environment of Tunghai University for innovation and entrepreneurship, inspire students' innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, and promote the participation and development of innovative undertakings through the guidance of learning activities for innovative product and service ideas and the matching and formation of entrepreneurial team members.
