培養學生具備創業家之思考與行動方式,初步擁有機會辨識、創新熱情、典範知識、與創業實踐能力,了解東海大學創新創業的校園文化與創業生態環境,啟發學生之創新與創業精神,透過創新產品與服務發想及創業團隊成員媒合與組成的學習活動引導,促成創新事業的參與與發展
