基本電學是資訊工程與電機工程的基礎課程。同學將在本課程中學習基本電路元件如電阻、電容、電感、電源的電性原理，以及由這些電路元件組合成之電路的分析技術，包括：基本電路概念、電阻電路分析、節點和迴路分析技術、重疊定理、戴維寧與諾頓定理、電容與電感、RC運算放大器、一階暫態電路、二階暫態電路等。Basic electromechanical science is the basic course of information engineering and electrical engineering. In this course, students will learn the electrical properties of basic circuit elements such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, and power sources, as well as the analysis techniques of circuits composed of these circuit components, including: basic circuit concepts, resistance circuit analysis, node and redirection analysis techniques, retraction theorem, Devining and Noorton theorem, capacitance and inductor, RC operation amplifier, first-level static circuit, second-level static circuit, etc.
