企業營運已經全面e化，從營運流程﹑顧客經營﹑供應鏈管理到電子商務之建置均以全面應用資訊系統來主導或協助，其中ERP系統是企業e化的基石。企業徵才的現況需求，已將ERP的知識與系統操作當成徵才的基本能力，故同學在學期間更應投入學習。本課程以企業實務流程為教學主體，並教導流程與ERP系統的整合運作，以讓同學瞭解企業的實際營運情境，對同學提升將來就業能力有很大的效益。
對工工系同學而言ERP系統是一個多課程的整合的資訊應用系統，包括組織管理、生產管理、物料管理、品質管理、會計學、成本會計...等，本課程也會利用ERP系統將不同課程的整合表現進行展示與概述，讓同學更清楚掌握各科目的企業實務運用情境，可提升同學對企業運作的瞭解與將來就業職務的工作內涵與重點。
本課程聚焦教導業務管理、採購管理及存貨管理之相關之商業流程，包括:報價、接單、訂單變更、銷貨、銷退、請購、採購，進貨、退貨及盤點與轉撥、借入借出..等流程，可讓同學了解企業營運的實務流程，對同學了解企業配銷管理實際運作與營運情境有相當大幫助。Enterprise operations have been fully e-educated, from operational processes, customer operations, supply chain management to e-commerce construction, all lead or assist with comprehensive application information systems, among which ERP systems are the cornerstone of enterprise e-education.
