Human Factors Engineering

教育目標 Course Target

人因工程旨在藉由對人類行為、能力、限制的探討透過工作系統設計與工程管理之方法與技術，提供兼具生產力、安全性、舒適性的作業條件，以增進使用者福祉為目標。課程將由人的能力出發，透過”現場工程設計與改善”與”產品人因工程設計”等案例，說明企業如何利用人因工程創造價值。

Human factors engineering aims to provide working conditions that are both productive, safe, and comfortable by exploring human behavior, abilities, and limitations through work system design and engineering management methods and technologies, with the goal of improving user well-being. The course will start from human capabilities and illustrate how companies use human factors engineering to create value through cases such as "Onsite Engineering Design and Improvement" and "Product Human Factors Engineering Design."
