人因工程旨在藉由對人類行為、能力、限制的探討透過工作系統設計與工程管理之方法與技術,提供兼具生產力、安全性、舒適性的作業條件,以增進使用者福祉為目標。課程將由人的能力出發,透過”現場工程設計與改善”與”產品人因工程設計”等案例,說明企業如何利用人因工程創造價值。Human-cause engineering aims to provide both production, safety and comfort through the exploration of human behavior, capabilities and limitations through working system design and engineering management methods and technologies, with the goal of improving the welfare of users. The course will be developed by human abilities, and through cases such as "on-site engineering design and improvement" and "product human factor engineering design", it will explain how enterprises can use human factor engineering to create value.
