本課程讓學生學習真菌學實驗方法與應用,在實作中觀察、認識真菌與欣賞真菌之美。真菌豐富的多樣性僅次於昆蟲,有獨特的形態構造與生理機制與重要的生態功能,自經典釀造產業到現代臨床黴菌與疾病防治、農業病害防治、食品、醫藥與工業等生物科技產業研究發展應用與都扮演重要角色。因此在各類研發與產業上,真菌學基礎實驗為必要的技能,有助學生進入職場。本課程讓學生實際操作,學習真菌學研究與實驗的基本方法與技術,包括田野調查技術、分離保存純菌,鏡檢觀察各類真菌。本課程包括實驗操作、野外實習與參加研討會。本學期課程將讓同學在產業學術界之間,有介接性的問題導向學習機會,由產業界導入問題,引導同學界定問題,設計實驗,以所學知識與實驗技能獲致的數據與資訊,直接協助產業界解決問題。This course allows students to learn practical methods and applications of fungi, observe, recognize and appreciate the beauty of fungi in their practice. The rich variety of fungi is only second to Kunxi, with unique structural, physiological mechanisms and important ecological functions. It plays an important role from classical production to modern clinical bacteria and disease prevention and control, agricultural disease prevention and control, food, medicine and industry and other biotechnology industries. Therefore, in various research and development and industries, fungi basics are necessary skills and help students enter the job. This course allows students to practice practical operations, learn basic methods and techniques of fungi study and experiments, including field survey technology, separation of preserved bacteria, and lens inspection of various types of fungi. This course includes experiment operation, field practice and seminars. This course will allow students to have indirect problem-oriented learning opportunities in the industry, introduce problems from the industry, guide students to define problems, design practical experiments, and use the data and information obtained from the knowledge and practical skills to directly assist the industry in solving problems.
