教育目標 Course Target
本課程讓學生學習真菌學實驗方法與應用,在實作中觀察、認識真菌與欣賞真菌之美。真菌豐富的多樣性僅次於昆蟲,有獨特的形態構造與生理機制與重要的生態功能,自經典釀造產業到現代臨床黴菌與疾病防治、農業病害防治、食品、醫藥與工業等生物科技產業研究發展應用與都扮演重要角色。因此在各類研發與產業上,真菌學基礎實驗為必要的技能,有助學生進入職場。本課程讓學生實際操作,學習真菌學研究與實驗的基本方法與技術,包括田野調查技術、分離保存純菌,鏡檢觀察各類真菌。本課程包括實驗操作、野外實習與參加研討會。本學期課程將讓同學在產業學術界之間,有介接性的問題導向學習機會,由產業界導入問題,引導同學界定問題,設計實驗,以所學知識與實驗技能獲致的數據與資訊,直接協助產業界解決問題。
This course allows students to learn experimental methods and applications of mycology, observe, understand fungi, and appreciate the beauty of fungi in practice. The rich diversity of fungi is second only to insects. They have unique morphological structures, physiological mechanisms and important ecological functions. They play an important role in the research, development and application of biotechnology industries from the classic brewing industry to modern clinical mold and disease control, agricultural disease control, food, medicine and industry. Therefore, in various R&D and industries, basic mycology experiments are necessary skills to help students enter the workplace. This course allows students to practice and learn the basic methods and techniques of mycological research and experiments, including field investigation techniques, isolation and preservation of pure bacteria, and microscopic observation of various fungi. This course includes laboratory operations, field practice and participation in seminars. This semester's course will allow students to have intermediary problem-oriented learning opportunities between industry and academia. Industry will introduce problems, guide students to define problems, design experiments, and use the data and information obtained from the knowledge and experimental skills to directly assist the industry in solving problems.
