訓練學生熟悉各類型分析化學儀器的操作方式,並進行實際樣品的檢測分析,使學生具備良好的實驗技巧與處理實驗數據能力,達到理論與實務配合的課程教育目標。本課程重點以儀器的實驗操作為主,所使用的分析化學儀器主要有光譜儀、層析儀及電化學儀器,包括:紫外線-可見光吸收光譜儀、原子吸收光譜儀、傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀、螢光光譜儀、氣相層析儀、液相層析儀、毛細管電泳儀、氣相層析質譜儀、電重量分析儀、循環伏安儀及離子選擇電極等。The trainees are familiar with the operation methods of various types of analytical chemistry instruments, and conduct inspection and analysis of actual samples, so that the students have good practical skills and ability to handle practical data, and achieve the course education goal of combining theory and practice. The focus of this course is on the actual experiment operation of the instrument. The analytical and chemical instruments used mainly include optical spectrometers, layer analyzers and electrochemical instruments, including: ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectrometers, atomic absorption spectrometers, Fuliye converter infrared external optical spectrometers, optical spectrometers, gas phase layer analyzers, liquid phase layer analyzers, hair tube electrophoresis, gas phase layer analysis quality spectrometers, electrogravimetric analyses, cyclic voltammeters and ion selectors.
