This course is designed to help students polish their public speaking skills. Upon completion of this course students are expected to do the followings:
1. To use appropriate rhetorical strategies when giving speeches or doing oral presentations on various subjects.
2. To listen objectively and respond thoughtfully to class discussions on a variety of topics.
