教育目標 Course Target
引領同學鬆解外在框架束縛，聽見內在真實的聲音。真實就有力量，能夠開闊、自在、包容地表達溝通。嬰兒出生時宏亮的的哭聲是自然的天籟，由丹田發出的聲音，可以持續不斷不沙啞。然而隨著年齡增長，外在束縛與框架越來越多，虛假矯飾也越來越多，聲音也從天籟變成了嘲哳破鑼。人說得多了，能通達到對方的心裡卻少了。在這門課程中，我們將從看見自己的聲音開始，開展聲音的無限可能，從而解開外在人為的捆綁，舒展出生命的自然本真。
Induce students to relax and resolve external framework constraints and hear the real sounds inside. True is power, and can communicate easily, freely and inclusively. When a baby is born, the bright crying sound is a natural world. The sounds emitted from the dantian can be continuously uninterrupted. However, as we grow older, there are more and more external constraints and frames, more and more false appearances, and the sounds have changed from heaven to mocking. People say that there are fewer people who can reach the other person's heart. In this course, we will start by seeing our own voice, develop the infinite possibilities of voice, and then untie the external human bondage, and stretch out the natural truth of life.
