教育目標 Course Target
引領同學鬆解外在框架束縛，聽見內在真實的聲音。真實就有力量，能夠開闊、自在、包容地表達溝通。嬰兒出生時宏亮的的哭聲是自然的天籟，由丹田發出的聲音，可以持續不斷不沙啞。然而隨著年齡增長，外在束縛與框架越來越多，虛假矯飾也越來越多，聲音也從天籟變成了嘲哳破鑼。人說得多了，能通達到對方的心裡卻少了。在這門課程中，我們將從看見自己的聲音開始，開展聲音的無限可能，從而解開外在人為的捆綁，舒展出生命的自然本真。
Lead students to loosen the constraints of external frames and hear the true inner voice. There is power in being truthful and being able to express and communicate openly, freely and inclusively. The sonorous cry of a baby when he is born is a natural sound. The sound produced by the Dantian can be continuous and not hoarse. However, as I grow older, there are more and more external constraints and frameworks, more and more false pretense, and my voice has changed from the sound of nature to a mocking gong. People talk more, but less can reach the other person's heart. In this course, we will start from seeing our own voice and develop the infinite possibilities of voice, thereby untying the external artificial constraints and unleashing the natural authenticity of life.
