Creative Writing: Novel
教育目標 Course Target
本課程以小說文本的閱讀、創作與批評三個面向為課程主幹，希望修課同學藉由小說文本的閱讀與批評，對小說這一文類的邊界與形式進行個人性的探索。並期許同學在這門課中建立自己的審美判斷與小說觀，進而創作具個人美學風格的小說作品。課程的閱讀材料以當代華文小說作品為主，並參照閱讀世界現當代文學的經典作品。
This course takes the three aspects of reading, creation and criticism of novel texts as the main course. It is hoped that students in this course will use the reading and criticism of novel texts to conduct personal exploration of the boundaries and forms of the novel genre. Students are expected to establish their own aesthetic judgment and novel concepts in this course, and then create novels with a personal aesthetic style. The reading materials of the course are mainly contemporary Chinese novels, with reference to classic works of modern and contemporary literature in the world.
