教育目標 Course Target
※課程目標 (Course Objective)
1.網路化與全球化之下的生活環境,對跨領域知識的追求熱忱與運用能力,成為當代青年所必備。
2.共時授課,是高等教育界為因應上述趨勢所規劃,故為「104年度人文及社會跨界科學知識跨界應用能力培育計畫」而規劃本課程,獲得通過。
3.
(A)學習:(花草茶葉).就地取材、資源重複利用、創意與美學、製造產值
(B)觀察與記錄:人與自然之間,簡約與繁複的辯證關係。
4.學習田野節令花、草、茶的生長習性、加工、應用,從中認識花、草、茶特質,
5.體認:個性的社會意義,進而掌握休閒服務專業的精神:了解人,尊重、賞識、解放個性。
※Course Objective
1. In the living environment under the Internet and globalization, the pursuit of cross-field knowledge and the ability to apply it have become a must for contemporary youth.
2. Co-teaching is planned by the higher education sector in response to the above trends. Therefore, this course was planned for the "104th Annual Humanities and Social Science Cross-border Application Ability Cultivation Project" and was approved.

(A) Learning: (herbs and tea). Local materials, resource reuse, creativity and aesthetics, manufacturing output value
(B) Observation and recording: the dialectical relationship between simplicity and complexity between humans and nature.
4. Learn the growth habits, processing, and application of seasonal flowers, grasses, and tea in the field, and understand the characteristics of flowers, grasses, and tea,
5. Understand: the social significance of individuality, and then master the spirit of the leisure service profession: understand people, respect, appreciate, and liberate individuality.
