一、透過心智圖的運用建立學生思考、表達能力及提昇學習效能。
二、利用心智圖建立學生學科體系、強化專業知識。
三、從案例操作使學生逐步熟悉法律運用技巧。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
一、先熟練心智圖的運用及應用，培養思考脈絡及學習上所需的基本能力。
二、以民法、刑法基礎總論為主，輔以其他案例所需之法律領域。
三、學習案例解析及法律的運用。

■Course Objectives
1. Build students’ thinking and expression abilities and improve learning effectiveness through the use of mind maps.
2. Use mind maps to establish students’ subject systems and strengthen professional knowledge.
3. Through case operations, students will gradually become familiar with legal application skills.
■ Course Contents
1. First become proficient in the use and application of mind maps, and develop the basic abilities required for thinking and learning.
2. Mainly focus on the basics of civil law and criminal law, supplemented by other legal fields required by cases.
3. Learn case analysis and application of law.

透過基礎材料學與保存修復觀念的介紹與實作，開啟學生多元的視野，確立創作與材料間觀念的整合。

Through the introduction and implementation of basic materials science and conservation and restoration concepts, students' diverse perspectives are opened up and the integration of concepts between creation and materials is established.
