強制執行程序，乃實現債權之最終階段。無論於各行各業，都有可能用到，故於司法實務而言，極為重要。又強制執行事件，屬於非訟事件，相對於訴訟法而言，應是較重實務而少理論。因此，課程之講授，除了引導同學了解強制執行法之相關規定外，亦期盼同學於修習本科目後，能於實務之運作，如魚得水。
