2. 熟悉電腦整合設計與製造相關軟、硬體,作為產品設計與製造的工具。
3. 熟悉CNC機台操作與控制碼轉換。
4. 逆向工程與快速原型製造技術。
5. 虛擬產品設計與開發。
6. 以3D CAD軟體為基礎之產品設計製造。
7. 電腦整合設計與製造報告撰寫。
8. 熟悉圖檔在不同電腦輔助設計軟體間之轉換。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
本課程以3D電腦幾何模型、3D電腦建模的技巧、rendering、工程三視圖、組立圖、電腦輔助製造、以及產品造型設計與開發為主。藉由利用現有 3D建模軟體 - Pro/E架構為基礎,使學生具備3D CAD建模的能力、零件組立與裝配。研究上,並強化研究生瞭解,3D建模軟體的開發技巧,以SolidWorks API二次開發為基礎,使學生熟悉電腦幾何模型與建構的方法。在電腦輔助製造上,以Cut3D為基礎,進行2D, 3D的模型加工製造,使學生充分了解電腦整合設計與製造,在未來產品開發上,所扮演的角色、熟悉電腦輔助產品開發。■ Course Objectives

3. Be familiar with CNC machine operation and control code conversion.
4. Reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology.
5. Virtual product design and development.
6. Product design and manufacturing based on 3D CAD software.
7. Comprehensive design and manufacturing report writing.
8. Be familiar with the conversion of files between different computer-aided design software.
■ Course Contents
This course focuses on 3D computer geometry models, 3D computer modeling techniques, rendering, engineering three-dimensional graphics, assembly pictures, computer assisted manufacturing, and product styling design and development. By utilizing the existing 3D modeling software - Pro/E architecture as the basis, students have the ability to prepare 3D CAD modeling, part assembly and assembly. In terms of research, we strengthened the graduate students' understanding of the development skills of 3D modeling software, and based on the secondary development of SolidWorks API, so that students can be familiar with the computer geometry model and construction methods. In terms of computer-assisted manufacturing, Cut3D is based on Cut3D and 2D and 3D model processing is carried out, so that students can fully understand the integrated design and manufacturing of computers. In the future product development, they will play the role and be familiar with computers to assist product development.
