本課程旨在提供基本的知識與工具,瞭解高齡教育的基本概念與趨勢、高齡者的特質,以期從高齡
者的需求及角度思考方案的需求與結構。藉由高齡教育方案的設計,熟悉方案的基本概念與操作,
俾讓學生有能力進行需求評估、選擇適當策略、訂定方案的目的與目標、設計有效能的方案、計算
成本與效益,並對方案的執行績效進行監督與評估。
「方案」是社會服務執行的重要分析單位,也是社會政策轉化為社會服務的媒介;高齡教育機構可
