本課程延續行政法未教授到的救濟法部分，行政救濟指人民因行政機關違法或不當之行政行為，致損害其權益，而向國家請求救濟之制度。本課程之目標再讓學生理解行政機關之行政行為與行政救濟間之關係，並且佐以實務案例分析，協助學生了解現代行政救濟制度重點發展趨勢，作為未來從事公務工作之基本知識。本課程內涵主要包括：各種行政行為（如行政命令、行政處分等）、訴願法、行政訴訟法與國家賠償法。

This course extends the economic relief law part that has not been taught by the Administrative Law. Administrative economic relief refers to the system in which the people seek medical treatment from the country due to the violation of the law or inappropriate administrative actions that harm their rights. The goal of this course allows students to understand the relationship between administrative affairs and administrative economic relief, and assist in practical case analysis to help students understand the key development trends of the modern administrative economic relief system, as a basic knowledge for future public work. The content of this course mainly includes: various administrative acts (such as administrative orders, administrative divisions, etc.), lawsuit law, administrative lawsuit law and national compensation law.
