本課程希冀透過分析地方自治理論、自治類型、權力構造、中央與地方關係、以及地方府會關係等相關面向，一方面培養學生對地方自治的認知與研究動機，另一方面則讓學生明瞭地方自治、地方分權、以及民主政治的相關性。

This course hopes to analyze the relevant aspects of local autonomy, autonomy types, power structure, central and local relations, and local government associations. On the one hand, it cultivates students' awareness and research mechanisms for local autonomy, and on the other hand, it allows students to understand the correlation between local autonomy, local division, and democratic politics.
