教育目標 Course Target
本課程強調企業的管理與策略面，詳盡且深入的介紹企業策略之評估、制定、執行，以及重要功能面的管理活動。本課程是一門理論與實務兼具的課程，本課程將循此方向帶領同學們認識並學習企業的基本知識。課程將聚焦於與管理有關的議題上。能使EMBA同學往後在制訂決策時有更廣泛的著眼點。
This course emphasizes the management and strategy of the enterprise, and introduces the evaluation, formulation, execution of enterprise strategies, as well as the management activities of important functional aspects in detail. This course is a course that combines theory and practice. This course will follow this direction to lead students to understand and learn basic knowledge of the enterprise. The course will focus on management-related issues. It can give EMBA students a broader focus on making decisions later.
