人際技能是有效管理的必要而非充分條件,在競爭如此激烈的職場環境裡,經理人單靠技術能力是無法成功的,他們仍需要良好的人際互動技能。本課程旨在幫助現職及未來的經理人,發展與人有關的技能(people skills)。主管或經理人最常遭遇或最感困擾的問題是什麼?所聽到的幾乎都是人的問題(people problems),這些問題不外乎上司溝通技巧不良、屬下缺乏工作動機、員工之間有衝突、員工對部門重組的抗拒等。令人感到訝異的是,與人有關的技能之課程,直到最近才開始在商管學院受到重視。
經理人如果想要發揮管理效能,就必須培養人際或與人有關的技能。組織行為研究組織裡的個人、團體和結構對行為的影響,旨在應用研究所得的知識以改進組織效能。
組織行為是一門很有趣的學問,其「母學」為心理學、社會學、政治學。保證終身受用無窮!組織行為提供經理人以下的挑戰與機會:
1. 有助於經理人改善其人際技能。
2. 幫助經理人看到勞動力多樣化的價值,協助他們因國家文化的不同而調整管理方式。
3. 讓經理人學習賦能,有助於提升品質和生產力、設計和執行變革方案、改善顧客服務、協助員工的工作生活平衡。
4. 協助經理人面對長期性的勞動短缺問題。
5. 幫助經理人面對「暫時性現象」,學會激勵創新的作法。
6. 引導經理人創造一個合乎倫理道德的工作環境。Independent skills are necessary rather than sufficient conditions for effective management. In such a fierce competition, managers cannot succeed by relying on technical skills, and they still need good interactive skills. This course is intended to help current and future managers develop people skills. What are the most common or most troublesome problems that supervisors or managers encounter? Almost all people problems are human problems, which are nothing more than bosses’ poor communication skills, lack of work engines, conflicts between employees, and employees’ resistance to department reorganization. What is surprising is that the courses of skills related to people have only recently begun to be valued in the Business Administration Institute.
If a manager wants to develop management effectiveness, he must develop skills that are relevant to people. Organizational behavior studies the impact of individuals, groups and structures on behavior in a group, aiming to apply the knowledge gained from research to improve organizational effectiveness.
Organizational behavior is a very interesting academic question, and its "maternity" is psychology, society, and politics. Guaranteed to be unlucky in your life! Organizational actions provide managers with the following challenges and opportunities:
1. Helps managers improve their personal skills.
2. Help managers see the diverse values of their power and help them adjust their management methods based on different national cultures.
3. Let managers learn to gain abilities, help improve quality and production capabilities, design and implement transformation plans, improve customer service, and assist employees in their work and life balance.
4. Assist managers in the face of long-term labor shortage problems.
5. Help managers face "temporal phenomena" and learn innovative approaches.
6. Guide managers to create a work environment that is in line with moral integrity.
