Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management
教育目標 Course Target
本課程期使學生學習創業相關理論並結合互動式個案教學、創業家實務演講與創業實務競賽,培養同學能辨識市場機會與新事業開創能力,熟悉創業過程、了解創業的基本知識及可能遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。
課程特色: 1. 學習方式採課堂講授、創業家實務演講、互動式個案教學與分組創業實務專題等方式交叉進行。 2. 知識學習:掌握「創業管理研究與商業模式設計」重點議題之發展。 3.理論學習與實務演練並進:學習者將實際進行創業與商業模式設計與營運規劃。 4.跨領域團隊互動:透過跨領域專長之團隊組成,形塑兼具技術與經營能耐之成員互動交流與學習。
課程目標為:

2. 熟悉創業過程、了解創業的基本知識及可能遭遇的困難與挑戰
3. 激發同學創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。
This course enables students to learn entrepreneurship-related theories and combines interactive case teaching, entrepreneur practical speeches and entrepreneurial practical competitions to cultivate students' ability to identify market opportunities and start new businesses, become familiar with the entrepreneurial process, understand basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and possible difficulties and challenges, thereby stimulating learners' innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, and developing the momentum for potential new businesses in the future.
Course Features: 1. The learning methods include classroom lectures, entrepreneur practical lectures, interactive case teaching and group entrepreneurial practical topics. 2. Knowledge learning: Master the development of key topics in "Entrepreneurship Management Research and Business Model Design". 3. Theoretical learning and practical exercises go hand in hand: learners will actually carry out entrepreneurship and business model design and operation planning. 4. Cross-field team interaction: Through the formation of teams with cross-field expertise, members with both technical and operational capabilities can interact, communicate and learn.
Course objectives are:
1. Cultivate students’ ability to identify market opportunities and create new businesses
2. Be familiar with the entrepreneurial process, understand the basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and the difficulties and challenges that may be encountered
3. Inspire students’ innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and develop potential new business opportunities in the future.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程在研討創新管理對應於<產業創新議題>及<企業創新應用>之策略規劃作為,透過個案研討及企業案例的導入,探討<產品創新><製程創新><服務創新>與<管理創新>等多元範疇之規劃實施及評估控制,提供企業管理者應用創新管理之有效學習。
This course studies the strategic planning of innovation management corresponding to "Industrial Innovation Issues" and "Enterprise Innovation Application". Through case studies and the introduction of corporate cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of multiple areas such as "Product Innovation", "Process Innovation", "Service Innovation" and "Management Innovation", providing effective learning for enterprise managers to apply innovation management.
